Sifta operates the website at joinsifta.com and provides an AI-powered email assistant service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or use the Service as an active subscriber. 1. Information We Collect

We collect account and registration information (name, email, phone number), billing and subscription details processed by Stripe, connected Gmail and Outlook OAuth tokens stored in encrypted form, email content processed to deliver the Service, usage and interaction data, and technical security data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to authenticate your account, connect and maintain your Gmail or Outlook inbox, read and classify emails to deliver the core Service, draft replies saved to your Drafts folder, send assistant summaries via SMS, process payments, and improve Service reliability and security.

4. AI Model Training and Advertising Commitments

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train generalized AI models on your emails. Your data is processed solely to deliver and improve the Service for your own account.

5. Google API and Gmail Data

Sifta's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email privacy@getsifta.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion in writing.
