These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sifta website, waitlist, and AI-powered email assistant service. By accessing or using the Service in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

Sifta is an AI-powered email assistant. The Service connects to your Gmail or Outlook account and reads, analyzes, classifies, summarizes, and helps automate email workflows you request. Sifta delivers summaries and alerts via SMS or other messaging channels you authorize.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, transmit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer any part of the Service, or interfere with its performance or integrity.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Sifta offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All billing is processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on Sifta's servers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated summaries and automated actions are provided without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
