Why I built Sifta

I read 7,439 comments from real estate agents before I wrote a line of code, and almost every one of them was about the same thing: the agent is the system.

I spent my career in enterprise sales, so I know what it is like to live in your phone and get judged on how fast you answer. Agents have it worse. The leads, the lender, the buyer who has not signed, the inspection on Thursday, all of it lives in text threads and an inbox, and the only thing holding it together is the agent's memory. The CRM does not help because nobody has time to feed it. So I built the thing that feeds itself. Sifta reads the email and the texts, remembers everything, and does the next job. You talk to it like a colleague. There is no app.

What I believe

Software for agents should do the work, not add another place to go.

Every tool an agent buys asks for something: a login, a habit, a form. I think the right test for any of it is simple. Who does the typing? If the answer is you, it is a tool. Sifta is built to be the worker. It writes, you send. It chases, you close. It remembers, you ask.
