Free CRM for Realtors in 2026: What Is Actually Free, and the Catch

The best free CRM for most realtors is the one their brokerage already includes, as eXp, Keller Williams and Compass do. Outside a brokerage, HubSpot Free (2 users) and Zoho CRM Free (3 users) are real free plans, but neither is built for real estate or includes texting. Real estate CRMs offer 14-day trials, not free plans.

Free CRMs you can use today

Three general CRMs still have a real free plan in 2026, and each has a limit that matters for agents.

Checked on the vendors' own pages, September 22, 2026.

The free CRM your brokerage may already pay for

Many brokerages include a real estate CRM in your monthly or tech fee, so check before you pay for one.

These are not free. You pay through your split or fees.

But if you already pay, use it before buying another.

Free CRMs that are no longer free

Two CRMs agents often recommend for free have dropped their free CRM plans.

Streak's free tier no longer includes pipelines; its CRM starts at $49 per user a month. Freshsales shows a 21-day trial and no free plan on its pricing page.

Folk and Less Annoying CRM have trials, not free plans; Less Annoying CRM is $15 per user a month.

Real estate CRMs with free trials

The real estate CRMs worth trying offer 14-day trials: Follow Up Boss at $69 a month and Wise Agent at $49 a month afterward.

A trial is the honest way to test a real estate CRM. Load 50 real contacts, run one week of follow-up through it, and see if you actually open it.

The expensive part of a free CRM

A free CRM costs nothing until a lead dies in it because nobody followed up.

The CRM is the record. Someone still has to answer, chase and remember.

Sifta is an AI assistant for real estate agents that does that part from your texts, alongside the CRM you keep. Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork.

It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open. Sifta Pro is $199 a month.

Or see pricing. Sifta Pro is $199 a month.

If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
