Why the prices are so far apart
The spread comes from what is bundled: a CRM alone costs under $100, a CRM with a website costs $300 to $700, and a CRM with paid leads costs $1,000 or more.
Wise Agent and Follow Up Boss are CRMs. Sierra and Real Geeks add an IDX website.
Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC, BoomTown and Ylopo add lead generation and ad management, and charge a percentage of ad spend on top. Structurely is an AI inside-sales assistant, not a CRM.
The cost nobody puts on the pricing page
The biggest cost of a CRM is the leads that die in it because nobody followed up.
In 7,439 agent comments we read, CRM pain came up 201 times. The complaint is rarely the price.
It is that the CRM waits for you. One agent: 'I actually open my CRM daily but do not necessarily do anything with it.'
Where Sifta fits in this table
Sifta is not a CRM; it is an AI assistant at $199 a month that does the follow-up alongside whichever CRM above you keep.
Sifta reads your inbox, texts and calendar. It drafts lead replies in your voice, books showings, chases lenders, pulls comps and remembers every client.
Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork. It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open.
No setup fee, no contract. If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
Three ways to start
You can text Sifta, get a free Leak Report on your own inbox, or read the pricing page.
Text Sifta and ask it for comps on any address. Or connect your Gmail or Outlook for the free Leak Report: it reads the last 90 days and shows you the leads, offers and lender messages that got no reply.
