What Is Sifta? The AI Operating System for Real Estate Agents
Sifta is an AI operating system for real estate agents. It runs the agent's business: catches and answers leads, remembers every client and deal, chases lenders and deadlines, books showings, pulls comps, drafts email, updates the CRM, and briefs the agent each morning. Agents run it by text from anywhere. There is no app.
See pricingWhat Sifta does all day
Sifta does nine jobs for a real estate agent, and it does all of them by text.
A working agent's day is leads, follow-up, deadlines, showings, research and memory, most of it done from a phone between appointments. Sifta takes those jobs. It is connected to the agent's Gmail or Outlook and calendar, and it is added to client text threads and deal group chats the way a human assistant would be. From there it reads what a good assistant would read and does the next thing.
- ✓Catches and answers leads. A new inquiry lands and Sifta texts the agent within seconds with the reply already written in their voice. The agent says send.
- ✓Remembers every client and deal. Budgets, must-haves, objections, promises, the lender's name, the inspection date. Ask by text and get the answer.
- ✓Chases lenders and deadlines. The appraisal that is late, the signature that is missing, the title company that has not confirmed. Sifta keeps the list and nudges.
- ✓Books showings. Text "am I free Saturday at 10?" and then "book it." Sifta checks the calendar and puts it on.
- ✓Pulls comps. Comparable sales from public listing sources, plus flood zone and what to know before a showing, answered while the agent drives.
- ✓Drafts email. Replies in the agent's voice, sent only after the agent confirms.
- ✓Updates the CRM. Lead replies and client details logged to Follow Up Boss or the agent's CRM, so nobody types them in.
- ✓Briefs the agent each morning. Ask what needs attention and get a count and an offer to handle it, not a list.
- ✓Runs by text. There is no app, no dashboard and no login. Sifta is a contact in Messages.
What Sifta is not
Sifta is not a CRM, not a lead bot, and not an app.
It is not a CRM. A CRM is a place the agent has to go and a form the agent has to fill in. Sifta does the filling in, and it can write to the CRM the agent already has.
It is not a lead bot. A lead bot sends one canned first text and goes quiet when the buyer asks a real question. Answering leads is one of Sifta's nine jobs, and it keeps going after the first reply: the follow-up, the booking, the memory of what the buyer said.
It is not an app. There is nothing to download and nothing to open. The agent texts Sifta the way they text a colleague, from the phone they already have in their hand.
Who it's for
Sifta is built for working real estate agents who close ten or more deals a year, and for the teams they run.
The typical agent closes about nine transactions a year and one in five works on a team, according to the National Association of Realtors 2026 member profile. Above that line the admin starts eating the hours that should go to clients, and the usual answers are an inside sales agent at tens of thousands a year, a transaction coordinator at hundreds of dollars a file, or a stack of tools the agent has to run. Sifta is for the agent who wants the work done without hiring or without becoming the system.
Teams get one Sifta per agent on one bill, and a Team Leak Audit first: every agent's response times, dropped leads and one dollar number for the whole team.
What it costs
Sifta Pro is $199 a month or $1,990 a year. Sifta Max is $299 a month or $2,990 a year. Teams pay $199 per seat, 5 seats or more.
If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay. Cancel by text, one word, and nobody calls you.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Sifta Pro | $199 a month, or $1,990 a year | Two inboxes. Leads caught with replies drafted, deadlines tracked, promises chased, calendar by text, junk cleaned up. |
| Sifta Max | $299 a month, or $2,990 a year | Everything in Pro. Five inboxes, more group chats, more property lookups, sphere mining and seller-intent radar. |
| Teams | $199 per seat a month, 5 seats or more | Every agent gets their own Sifta. Starts with a Team Leak Audit of the whole team's inboxes. |
Is it safe
Sifta connects to email through Google's and Microsoft's official sign-in, and it never deletes a message.
The agent's password is never shared with Sifta. Access can be removed in one tap from the agent's Google or Microsoft account and it ends immediately. Sifta does not sell data, does not use it for advertising and does not train general AI models on it. Anything that goes to a client is shown to the agent first. The full list of what Sifta does and never does is on the safety page.

How to start
Starting Sifta takes about two minutes: pick a plan, connect an inbox, and text it.
There is no demo required and no onboarding call. Pick Pro or Max on the pricing page, connect Gmail or Outlook with the official sign-in, and Sifta is working. A 15-minute demo is there for anyone who wants to see it first, and teams start with the Team Leak Audit.
