Sifta for Investors
Sifta is an AI worker for real estate agents. It lives in the agent's text thread, reads their email, client texts and calendar, remembers their whole business, and does the work: answers leads, books showings, pulls comps, chases the deal file, keeps the CRM current. We think of it as the operating system for an agent's business and the workforce that runs on it. This page is the short version for investors: what it is, why now, how it makes money, and what we are building next.
The market is 1.44 million Realtors, per the National Association of Realtors in June 2026, most of them running a business from a phone with no staff. The typical agent closes nine sides a year; the 21 percent on teams close a median of 32 and already employ the inside sales agents and transaction coordinators Sifta replaces. The product wedge is the daily question every agent asks themselves and nobody answers: what needs my attention? Sifta answers it and offers to handle what it can. The distribution wedge is iMessage: no app, no login, activation in minutes, usage in the moments the work happens. The business model is a subscription per agent, with per-seat pricing for teams and annual plans, and a guarantee that the product must catch something worth more than its price in the first week. Sifta is founder-led and built by Bristol Briggs. We are honest about scope: Sifta does not make phone calls or do compliance paperwork, and the outcome ledger that will power prediction is roadmap, not shipped. Everything else on this page is live today.

Sifta is an AI worker for real estate agents that lives in their text thread, knows their whole business from their email, texts and calendar, and does the work: leads, follow-ups, comps, showings and deal chasing. It is positioned as the operating system and agentic workforce for an agent's business, distributed through iMessage, priced as a subscription per agent and per seat for teams, and founder-led by Bristol Briggs. The Problem
Agents are a huge, fragmented, phone-first workforce with no operating system and no staff. The tools sold to them assume they will sit down at a computer.
The facts that decide a deal live in private texts and email. No CRM has them and no data vendor can sell them.
Lead bots stop after one message. CRMs with AI buttons summarize empty records. Nobody does the work.
The labor that would do the work costs more than most agents earn from it, and it churns.
How Sifta Approaches It
Product: an AI worker in iMessage that knows the business (reads email, texts, calendar; remembers every client and deal), knows what needs to happen next (the morning attention brief, open-loop tracking), and does it (drafts in the agent's voice, books showings, pulls comps and flood zones from public sources, chases lenders and title, logs to the CRM). The agent approves anything that reaches a client.
Go to market: direct to producing agents and small teams, with content built around the questions agents actually search (what an ISA costs, how fast to answer a lead, Zillow response time) and a referral program. Teams are the expansion motion, adding seats the way they add people.
Economics: a monthly subscription per agent, per seat for teams, annual plans, and a first-week guarantee. Model costs are managed with caching and are a small fraction of revenue per seat. Pricing is set against the labor it replaces, not against software seats.
Roadmap: the outcome ledger (recording what happened after each fact, the ground truth for prediction), deal-risk and past-client signals built on it, richer in-thread cards, and team features. Each is stated as roadmap until it ships.
