BoldTrail (Formerly kvCORE) Alternatives for Real Estate Agents (2026)
BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, is built for brokerages. If it is too much for a solo agent or small team, Follow Up Boss is the cleanest CRM, Sierra Interactive and Real Geeks are simpler bundles, and Wise Agent is the budget pick. If your brokerage pays for BoldTrail and you still drop leads, add Sifta, which does the follow-up.
See pricingWhat BoldTrail is, and what it costs
BoldTrail is the Inside Real Estate platform that replaced kvCORE: IDX website, CRM, smart campaigns, lead scoring and lead capture from Zillow, Realtor.com and Facebook.
BoldTrail does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Base, Plus and Pro packages with sales-led quotes. Third-party reviews in 2026 estimate about $499 a month for an individual agent; most agents get it through their brokerage.
The complaints in those reviews are consistent: a two to four week learning curve, dated website templates, smart campaigns that take real setup, and behavior-based scoring that can misfire on new leads. One review puts the break-even at 12 to 15 closings a year.
The alternatives, side by side
Five CRMs and one assistant, with prices as of September 2026.
Vendor-published prices come from the company's pricing page. Lofty, like BoldTrail, is quote-only.
| Option | What it is | Price (as of Sep 2026) | Best for |

| Follow Up Boss | Team CRM with texting, email sync and AI summaries in its app | $69 per user a month (Grow); $499 a month for 10 users (Pro); $1,000 a month for 30 (Platform). Vendor-published. | Teams that want a clean record and lead routing |
| Lofty (formerly Chime) | All-in-one CRM, IDX website, ads and an AI sales agent | Not published. Third-party estimates run $299 to $649 a month plus a $299 to $1,499 setup fee; the AI Sales Agent add-on is about $60 a month for 200 leads. | Agents who want website, ads and CRM from one vendor |
| Sierra Interactive | CRM and IDX website with automated follow-up | $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual plans; $359.95 to $724.95 month to month. Vendor-published. | Teams that run paid lead generation into a website |
| Real Geeks | CRM and IDX website | $399 a month for two users. Vendor-published. | Small teams that want a simple site and CRM |
| Wise Agent | Low-cost CRM with transaction and marketing tools | $49 a month, or $42 a month billed annually. Vendor-published. | Solo agents on a budget who will do the typing |
| Sifta | AI assistant that reads your email, texts and calendar and does the follow-up, chasing, booking and research by text | $199 a month (Sifta Pro), $299 a month (Sifta Max), $199 per seat for teams of 5 or more. Published. | Agents who already have a CRM and want the work done, not another dashboard |
If your brokerage provides BoldTrail
You may not be able to leave BoldTrail, and you may not need to.
Many agents have BoldTrail because the brokerage standardized on it. The record lives there whether you like it or not. In that case the question is not which CRM to switch to. It is who does the follow-up, the chasing and the booking, so the record has something in it.
If you want a simpler CRM you choose yourself
Follow Up Boss for the record, Sierra or Real Geeks for a website bundle, Wise Agent for the budget.
Follow Up Boss is $69 per user a month and is the most common landing spot for teams leaving a brokerage platform. Sierra Interactive and Real Geeks bundle a site with published prices. Wise Agent is $49 a month if you will do the typing yourself.
If the leads still slip
Sifta does the work between the lead and the close, and writes it down in whichever CRM you have.
Sifta reads your Gmail or Outlook, your text threads and your calendar. It drafts the reply to a new lead in your voice with real showing times, books the showing, chases the lender for the pre-approval, pulls comps for the buyer, and briefs you each morning on what needs you. It logs what happened to Follow Up Boss, so the record is current without you typing.
Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork. It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open. Sifta Pro is $199 a month. There is no app to learn. You run it by text.
Three ways to start
You can text Sifta, get a free Leak Report on your own inbox, or read the pricing page.
Text Sifta and ask it for comps on any address. Or connect your Gmail or Outlook for the free Leak Report: it reads the last 90 days and shows you the leads, offers and lender emails that got no reply. Or see pricing. Sifta Pro is $199 a month. If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
