Sifta vs Breezy for Real Estate Agents (2026)

Breezy is a mobile-first AI workspace app for real estate agents: comps, AI meeting notes and a pipeline, on iOS and Android. Sifta is an AI operating system that lives inside the agent's text threads and email, does the work there, and needs no app. Both are built only for real estate. The difference is where the work happens.

What Breezy is

Breezy is a Los Angeles company that raised a $10 million pre-seed led by Ribbit Capital in February 2026 to build what it calls the AI operating system for residential real estate agents.

It was founded by James Harris, a top-producing luxury agent with more than 25 years in the business, alongside Afterpay co-founders Nick Molnar and Anthony Eisen. Breezy describes itself as a mobile-first AI workspace for real estate agents. The product is an iOS and Android app, with a web version listed as in development. Its headline features are polished comps in minutes, an AI note-taker that captures client details from conversations, a pipeline that updates itself, and a property data layer called Underbuilt that shows building potential. Side by side

Breezy is a place you go; Sifta is a worker that is already in the conversation.

Both products are serious and both are built only for real estate. The honest way to choose is to ask where you want the work to happen: in an app you open when you remember to, or in the text threads and inbox where your leads, clients and lenders already are.

Where Sifta is different

Sifta reads the agent's email and client texts, so it already knows the deal before the agent asks.

That access is what lets Sifta answer a new lead within seconds in the agent's voice, chase the lender who owes documents, book the Saturday showing from the calendar, log the buyer's budget to the CRM, and tell the agent each morning what needs attention. Breezy's note-taker captures what the agent says in a meeting; Sifta captures what the whole deal says, all day, in the channels it already lives in.

Sifta does not make phone calls and does not do compliance paperwork. If a polished comps presentation built inside an app is the main thing you want, Breezy is built for that. If you want the follow-up, the chasing and the memory handled without opening anything, that is Sifta.

Price

Sifta Pro is $199 a month and Sifta Max is $299 a month, priced against the labor they replace rather than against an app seat.

Breezy's website says plans are shown inside the app; its App Store listing shows Essential at $39 a month and Elite at $69 a month as of September 2026. If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
