BoldTrail AI (kvCORE AI): What Concierge AI and Streams Do
BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, sells its AI as AI Advantage. Concierge AI texts and qualifies new leads by itself around the clock and alerts you when a person is needed. HomeSearchAI lets buyers search in plain language, and the Streams app pushes lead signals to your phone. BoldTrail does not publish what the AI costs.
What BoldTrail's AI does
BoldTrail names five AI features, and all of them run inside BoldTrail.
Here is each AI feature BoldTrail describes, in plain terms:
- Concierge AI: Texts and qualifies new leads 24/7 and re-engages old ones, then alerts the agent when a person is needed.
- HomeSearchAI: Lets buyers search your IDX site by describing what they want instead of using filters.
- Streams app: A mobile app (March 31, 2026) that sends lead signals such as revisits, favorites and showing requests, with an AI assistant for quick replies.
- Streams Studio: A no-code agentic AI platform announced July 2026, invite-only at launch, for building AI workflows that connect BoldTrail with other tools.
- ComplianceAI and AI assistant access: For BoldTrail BackOffice (August 2026): ComplianceAI checks transaction files, and an MCP connection, in early access, lets assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT work with BackOffice data.
What the AI costs
BoldTrail does not publish what AI Advantage costs or which plans include it.
Does it contact leads on its own? Yes.
Concierge AI texts new and dormant leads by itself.
What it leaves to you
Concierge AI works the leads in BoldTrail. The chase on a deal under contract is outside what BoldTrail describes it doing.
None of this is a knock on BoldTrail: its AI is built to work the leads inside BoldTrail, and it describes itself that way. The question is what else in your week needs doing.

Adding AI without switching CRMs
You can keep BoldTrail and still add AI that works outside it.
