CINC Pricing in 2026: What the Platform, the AI and the Leads Cost

CINC sells four tiers, Solo, Ramp, Pro and Select, and every one says Request Pricing.

Core features are the same across tiers; lead routing grows with the tier. Estimates below are from AgentAdvice and Luxury Presence (July and August 2026). Luxury Presence sells a competing product.

CINC add-ons and ad spend

CINC publishes two add-on prices: CINC AI starting at $200 a month, and a dialer at 3 lines for $75 a month.

What CINC really costs a year

A solo agent on CINC with the AI add-on and a modest ad budget spends roughly $19,000 to $20,000 in year one.

That is about $899 to $1,000 a month for the platform ($10,788 to $12,000), $2,400 for CINC AI, and $6,000 in ads at $500 a month. Onboarding, if charged, is on top.

The math works only if the leads close. That is the part reviewers argue about.

What agents say about the price

Capterra reviewers rate CINC 3.7 out of 5 for value, and the complaints are about lead quality for the money.

A broker in February 2025 paid $999 a month and got poor-quality leads despite following the training. Another in June 2025 said that after two years the cost was not worth it.

Other agents close plenty from CINC. The difference is usually follow-up: bought leads take months, and most of them go quiet before they buy.
