Ylopo Pricing in 2026: What You Pay for Leads, AI and Setup
Ylopo does not publish prices. It bills by database size, not seats. 2026 estimates range from about $295 to $1,500 a month, with $1,000 to $2,000 setup and $250 or more a month in ads. Ylopo also needs a separate CRM, often Follow Up Boss. Ylopo says there are no long-term contracts.
Ylopo plans and estimated prices
Ylopo sells three packages, Solo, Growing Team and Complete, priced by the size of your database.
Ylopo's own site says you pay for data, not seats, and gives the real number on a demo. The estimates below disagree with each other, so treat them as a range. Luxury Presence sells a competing product.
| Source | Platform | Setup | Ads and AI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Presence, Aug 2026 | Suite $295 to $500 a month; Suite+ with managed marketing $795 and up | $1,000 to $2,000 | Ads $250 to $2,500 or more; AI from about $100 per level |
| DMR Media, Mar 2026 | $300 to $1,500 a month | $1,000 to $2,000 | Ad minimum $250 to $500 |
| NurtureOS, 2026 | $545 base plus $100 or more per AI level | About $1,500 | Not stated |
The costs outside Ylopo
Ylopo runs your ads and your AI texting, but it does not replace a CRM, so budget for one.
- A CRM, usually Follow Up Boss: $69 per user a month or more.
- Ad spend: $250 to $2,500 or more a month.
- Someone to work the leads after the AI hands them over.
What Ylopo really costs a year
A solo agent on a mid-range Ylopo setup can expect roughly $10,000 to $15,000 in year one, all in.
At $500 a month for the platform ($6,000), $1,500 setup, $500 a month in ads ($6,000) and Follow Up Boss Grow ($828), year one is about $14,300. At the low end it is closer to $8,500.
Review data on Ylopo is thin, so ask for references in your market.
Where Sifta fits next to Ylopo
Sifta is not a Ylopo replacement; it is the assistant that does the follow-up Ylopo reminds you about.
Most CRMs record the work and remind you to do it. Sifta reads your inbox, texts and calendar and does the next thing: drafts the lead reply in your voice, books the showing on your real calendar, chases the lender, pulls comps.
You keep your CRM. Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork.
It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open.
Sifta Pro is $199 a month ($2,388 a year), with no setup fee and no contract. Sifta Max is $299 a month.
If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
