Reviewers rate Follow Up Boss well on value, and the most common price complaint is the per-seat cost for solo agents.
On Capterra, Follow Up Boss scores 4.2 out of 5 for value. A broker associate wrote in July 2026 that it gets a little pricey as you add users.
A March 2025 reviewer called it high for solo agents and small teams. Nobody complains about hidden fees, because there are not any.
