Structurely charges a platform fee plus usage. It publishes usage rates: AI voice from $0.07 a minute, texts from $0.02 a message and AI emails from $0.02. It does not publish the platform fee. Third-party reports from 2026 put the team plan near $499 a month with a $2,000 to $2,500 setup fee.

Reviews from early 2026 describe a Team plan at $499 a month and a Company plan at $999, but Structurely's page no longer shows those numbers.
