Lofty (Formerly Chime) Alternatives for Real Estate Agents (2026)
If Lofty feels like too much platform, Follow Up Boss is the cleaner CRM, Sierra Interactive and Real Geeks are simpler website-plus-CRM bundles, and Wise Agent is the budget pick. If the automation never quite did the work, Sifta is an AI assistant that does the follow-up from your text thread and logs it to the CRM you keep.

Lofty, formerly Chime, is an all-in-one platform: CRM, IDX website, ad management, marketing automation and an AI sales agent.
Lofty does not publish prices. Third-party reviews in 2026 put the Core tier around $449 a month, Premier near $700, Enterprise near $1,500, with setup fees of $299 to $1,499. The AI Sales Agent is an add-on at about $60 a month for 200 leads. Ad management runs a 20 percent fee or $150 a month on small budgets.
The common complaints are the learning curve, uneven support, and data portability if you leave: activity history, automations and website content do not travel well.
The alternatives, side by side
Five CRMs and one assistant, with prices as of September 2026.
Vendor-published prices come from the company's pricing page. BoldTrail, like Lofty, is quote-only.
| Option | What it is | Price (as of Sep 2026) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | Team CRM with texting, email sync and AI summaries in its app | $69 per user a month (Grow); $499 a month for 10 users (Pro); $1,000 a month for 30 (Platform). Vendor-published. | Teams that want a clean record and lead routing |
| BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) | Brokerage-scale CRM, IDX website, smart campaigns and lead scoring | Not published. Sales-led quotes; estimates around $499 a month for a solo agent, often bundled by the brokerage. | Brokerages and large teams that standardize on one platform |
| Sierra Interactive | CRM and IDX website with automated follow-up | $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual plans; $359.95 to $724.95 month to month. Vendor-published. | Teams that run paid lead generation into a website |
| Real Geeks | CRM and IDX website | $399 a month for two users. Vendor-published. | Small teams that want a simple site and CRM |
| Wise Agent | Low-cost CRM with transaction and marketing tools | $49 a month, or $42 a month billed annually. Vendor-published. | Solo agents on a budget who will do the typing |
| Sifta | AI assistant that reads your email, texts and calendar and does the follow-up, chasing, booking and research by text | $199 a month (Sifta Pro), $299 a month (Sifta Max), $199 per seat for teams of 5 or more. If you want a cleaner CRM
Follow Up Boss is the CRM most teams move to when they want the record without the website and ads attached.
It is $69 per user a month, has a clean mobile app, and integrates with nearly every lead source. You give up the bundled website. Many teams pair it with a separate site and are happier for it.
If you still want website and CRM together
Sierra Interactive and Real Geeks give you the website and CRM bundle with published prices and a smaller learning curve.
Sierra runs $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual plans and is built for teams pushing paid leads into a site. Real Geeks is $399 a month for two users and is the simpler of the two.
If the automation never did the work
Lofty's automation sends drips; Sifta reads the actual conversation and does the next thing.
A drip campaign does not know the buyer said 'maybe in six months' or that the lender owes a pre-approval since Tuesday. Sifta reads your email, texts and calendar, so it does. It drafts the reply in your voice, books the showing on your real calendar, chases the lender, pulls comps, and logs it all to the CRM you keep.
Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork. It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open. Sifta Pro is $199 a month, no setup fee, cancel by text.
Three ways to start
You can text Sifta, get a free Leak Report on your own inbox, or read the pricing page.
Text Sifta and ask it for comps on any address. Or connect your Gmail or Outlook for the free Leak Report: it reads the last 90 days and shows you the leads, offers and lender emails that got no reply. Or see pricing. Sifta Pro is $199 a month. If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
