What BoomTown really costs in year one
A two-person team on Launch spends roughly $12,750 in year one before ad spend.
That is about $1,000 a month for twelve months plus about $750 setup. Ad management adds about 15 percent of the prior month's spend, and MLS fees pass through.
Estimates say contracts are usually annual, though BoomTown does not publish its terms.
What agents say about the price
Capterra reviewers rate BoomTown 4.1 out of 5 for value, with complaints about cost per closed lead.
A CEO wrote that it is expensive and wished for more leads for the spend. A realtor in February 2025 reported billing problems and seven months without a closed lead.

Where Sifta fits next to BoomTown
Sifta is not a BoomTown replacement; it is the assistant that does the follow-up BoomTown reminds you about.
Most CRMs record the work and remind you to do it. Sifta reads your inbox, texts and calendar and does the next thing: drafts the lead reply in your voice, books the showing on your real calendar, chases the lender, pulls comps.
You keep your CRM. Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork.
It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open.
Sifta Pro is $199 a month ($2,388 a year), with no setup fee and no contract. Sifta Max is $299 a month.
If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.
