Lofty, formerly Chime, does not publish prices. Third-party reviews in 2026 put Core at about $449 a month, Premier near $700 and Enterprise near $1,500, plus a setup fee of $299 to $2,000. The AI Sales Agent is $60 a month for 200 leads. Ads carry a 15 to 20 percent management fee.

What Lofty really costs in year one
A solo agent on Core with the AI Sales Agent pays roughly $6,600 in year one before any ad spend.
That is about $449 a month for twelve months ($5,388), about $500 setup, and $720 for the AI Sales Agent. Add $1,000 a month in lead generation ads and the 20 percent fee adds another $2,400 a year on top of the spend itself.
Contracts, trials and what reviewers say
Lofty does not publish contract terms or a free trial, and the most common cost complaint is add-ons.
Capterra reviewers rate Lofty 3.9 out of 5 for value. Reviewers in January and February 2026 complained about paying for many add-ons.
A 20-year agent wrote in September 2026 that they expected month-to-month billing after six months and were put on a one-year contract instead. Get the term, the setup fee and the export policy in writing.
