BoldTrail (kvCORE) Pricing in 2026: What Solo Agents and Teams Pay
BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, does not publish prices. Third-party estimates in 2026 put a solo agent at $499 to $750 a month plus $500 to $1,000 setup, and a team of 3 to 10 at $1,200 to $1,500 or more. Most agents get BoldTrail through their brokerage, which pays some or all of it.
BoldTrail pricing, by who is buying
BoldTrail's own blog says it does not publish a standard pricing page with fixed monthly tiers.
Price depends on team size, market, features and your brokerage relationship. The ranges below are third-party estimates from Pro Toolkit, AgentFlow Tools and StackScored in 2026.
They overlap but do not agree, so treat them as ranges.
| Plan | Price | Users | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo agent | About $499 to $750 a month, plus $500 to $1,000 setup | 1 | CRM, IDX website, smart campaigns, lead scoring, mobile app |
| Team of 3 to 10 | About $1,200 to $1,500 or more a month, plus $1,000 to $3,000 setup | 3 to 10 | The same platform with routing and team reporting |
| Brokerage bundle | About $1,000 to $5,000 or more a month | Brokerage-wide | Adds BackOffice, Recruit and Marketplace tools |
If your brokerage already pays for BoldTrail
Many agents already have BoldTrail through their brokerage, so the question is whether to pay for anything else.
If your brokerage covers the seat, the cost to you is the time it takes to run it. Reviews describe a two to four week learning curve and missed mobile notifications.
If the platform is free to you but the leads still slip, the gap is not the CRM. It is who does the follow-up.
Contracts, add-ons and what reviewers say
BoldTrail terms are set per quote, add-ons are priced separately, and there is no free trial, only a demo.
Capterra reviewers rate BoldTrail 4.3 out of 5 for value. A broker wrote in March 2026 about being billed twice the contracted amount and advised getting an iron-clad agreement.
An agent in January 2026 called a lead program expensive and tried to exit the contract.
- Onboarding fee: charged historically, per BoldTrail's own blog.
- Add-ons priced separately: BackOffice, Recruit, managed Google and Facebook ads, social ads, post-close nurture.
- Contract: set in your quote. Read the term and the cancellation clause.
- Free trial: none. Demo required.
Where Sifta fits next to BoldTrail
Sifta is not a BoldTrail replacement; it is the assistant that does the follow-up BoldTrail reminds you about.
Most CRMs record the work and remind you to do it. Sifta reads your inbox, texts and calendar and does the next thing: drafts the lead reply in your voice, books the showing on your real calendar, chases the lender, pulls comps.
You keep your CRM. Sifta is not a CRM, does not make phone calls, does not run ad campaigns and does not do compliance paperwork.
It does the follow-up, the chasing, the booking and the research, from the text thread you already have open.
Sifta Pro is $199 a month ($2,388 a year), with no setup fee and no contract. Sifta Max is $299 a month.
If Sifta doesn't catch something worth more than the price in week one, you don't pay.

You can text Sifta, get a free Leak Report on your own inbox, or read the pricing page.
Text Sifta and ask it for comps on any address. Or connect your Gmail or Outlook for the free Leak Report: it reads the last 90 days and shows you the leads, offers and lender messages that got no reply.

Is kvCORE the same as BoldTrail?
Yes. Inside Real Estate renamed kvCORE to BoldTrail. The product and pricing model carried over.
Does BoldTrail have a free trial?
No. BoldTrail requires a demo and a quote. There is no self-serve trial.
What if my brokerage gives me BoldTrail for free?
Use it as the record. If follow-up still slips, add an assistant that does the work. Sifta drafts the replies, chases the lender and books showings, then you log it where your brokerage wants it.
