Who Lofty fits, and who should skip it
Lofty fits teams and brokerages that want one company to run the website, the CRM, the ads and an AI that texts new leads, and are fine getting a quote from sales.
Skip it if you want a published price, contract terms in writing up front, or a CRM you can learn in a week.
The catch: the platform price is quote-only, and the AI, the ads, the power dialer and extra texts are each priced on top.
Is Lofty worth it?
Worth it if you will use the website, the ads and the AI together. If you only need a CRM, you are paying for a stack you will not touch, and reviewers most often complain about support and upselling.

Where the work still lands
Good reviews or bad, a CRM records the work. It does not do it.
Lofty's AI Sales Agent works new leads inside Lofty. Deals already under contract, and the lender, title and inspection dates that come with them, are not what Lofty describes it doing.
Sifta takes a different shape. There is no app and nothing to log into: it connects to your Gmail or Outlook and your calendar and works by text.
It drafts lead replies in your voice with real open times and texts them to you to approve, keeps track of the deal dates it finds in your email, pulls comps on any address you send it, books showings from the group text with your client, and sends a morning brief.
It is not a CRM, it does not make phone calls, and it does not replace Lofty. If your CRM gives you an email-in address, Sifta can copy the lead replies it sends there, so your CRM can log them. Sifta Pro is $199 a month.
