Google Gemini for Real Estate Agents: Spark, Daily Brief and Your Gmail
If your business runs on Gmail, Gemini is the AI already sitting in your inbox. Help Me Write is free, Daily Brief starts with Google AI Plus at $4.99 a month, and Gemini Spark, Google's 24/7 agent, needs AI Pro at $19.99. Google designed Spark to ask before it sends email, so don't expect it to answer leads by itself.
Why agents are using Gemini
Gemini is the second most used AI tool among agents who use AI: 42% in NAR's 2026 survey, up from 20% a year earlier.
ChatGPT is still first, at 91% of AI-using agents. Gemini's pull is where it lives.
If you already work in Gmail and Google Calendar, Gemini is built into both.

Plans and prices
In the US, Google AI Plus is $4.99 a month, AI Pro is $19.99, and AI Ultra is $99.99 or $199.99.
Spark launched in May as a beta for Ultra, then reached AI Pro in the US in July and more than 160 more countries on July 30. Businesses have Gemini Enterprise, starting at $21 a seat a month for the Business edition.
Google documents its Outlook connector for the Standard and Plus editions, which start at $30.

How to use it this week
Start with the features that save you a click on every lead, then try Spark on one recurring job.

What Gemini doesn't do for an agent
No Google page says Gemini answers email by itself, and consumer Gemini doesn't say it reads Outlook.
- No auto-reply: Spark asks you first before sending email.
- Outlook: only the business product, Gemini Enterprise, documents an Outlook connector.
- No CRM or MLS connection is named, though Spark can connect to other tools through MCP, a standard way for AI to plug into apps.
- Texting your clients: not stated.
- The Gemini app can't see images in Gmail or comments in Docs.
Privacy settings to check
Google says Gemini doesn't train directly on your Gmail inbox, but summaries and excerpts can be used for training and reviewed by people when Keep Activity is on.
Turn Keep Activity off and Google keeps your Gemini chats for 72 hours. Leave it on and the default auto-delete is 18 months, and chats a human reviewed can be kept up to three years.
Business Workspace accounts are different: Google says it doesn't train on that data without permission and doesn't have people outside your company review it.

Is Gemini good for real estate agents?
