The Best AI Assistant for Realtors in 2026: 7 Options, Compared Honestly
The best AI assistant for a realtor depends on where your work happens. Use RealAssist if your MLS offers Realtor.com+, the built-in AI if you live in Follow Up Boss or Lofty, and Meta Muse if you run your business in HighLevel. For the busywork at any brokerage, by text, that is what Sifta is for.
The seven, side by side
Here is who each assistant fits, how you get it and what it costs as of October 20, 2026.
Prices are what each company publishes. Where a company does not publish one, the table says so, and any reported number names its source.
| Assistant | Best for | How you get it | What it costs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instinct | Personal errands and life admin, by text or call | Invite only, US phone numbers | Free during the invite-only beta |
| Meta Muse with HighLevel | Agents who already run their business in HighLevel | The Muse app in the US and Canada, plus a HighLevel account | Muse is free to start, paid plans $20 and $100 a month. HighLevel starts at $97 a month |
| Realtor.com RealAssist AI | Buyer searches and a daily digest of each client | Through an MLS that offers Realtor.com+, live in 21 markets | Not published |
| Lofty AI Sales Agent | Working new leads inside Lofty | A Lofty platform plan plus the Sales Agent add-on | Free for 10 leads, $60 a month for 200. Lofty's platform price is by quote |
| Follow Up Boss AI | Agents who already work their day in Follow Up Boss | Included in every Follow Up Boss plan | Follow Up Boss starts at $69 per user a month |
| 21X, formerly Structurely | Teams with a lot of paid leads to qualify by text and phone | Contact sales or try a live demo call | Not published. RealEstateToolkit.ai reports $499 a month and up |
| Sifta | Solo agents and small teams who want the busywork handled | Any agent at any brokerage, by text | One flat monthly plan, on the pricing page |
How to choose in five questions
Pick the assistant that removes a job you do every day, inside a place you already use.
- Where do you spend your day? A CRM, your MLS search, HighLevel, or your phone.
- Which job do you put off most? New leads, past clients, seller updates or deal deadlines.
- Does it ask before it sends anything to a client? Every option here says it does, or lets you choose.
- Can you get it this week? Instinct needs an invite and RealAssist needs the right MLS.
- What does it cost once you add the platform it runs on? Muse needs HighLevel for CRM work, and Lofty's add-on needs a Lofty plan.
Instinct
Instinct is a personal assistant you text or call, and it is still invite only.
It is built for life admin: groceries, travel, reservations and, since October 5, plans inside your group chats. TechCrunch reported a $1 billion Series C on September 28 at a $10 billion valuation, and that it still has no mobile app.
It is free during the beta. It names no CRM, MLS or real estate feature, so treat it as a personal assistant, not a business one.
Meta Muse, now with HighLevel
Meta connected Muse to HighLevel on September 29, so agents who run their CRM there can ask Muse to do work inside it.
HighLevel says Muse can reach more than 600 operations across 38 parts of the CRM, including contacts, conversations and calendars. Meta says nothing publishes, sends or spends without your approval.
The Close notes that neither company has shown it improves lead conversion yet, so test it on a few contacts before you point it at live prospects.
Realtor.com RealAssist AI
RealAssist sets up buyers and their searches inside Realtor.com+, and sends you a Daily Digest of what each client did.
It also drafts client messages, and you approve every action. It is only available if your MLS offers Realtor.com+, which covered more than 192,000 agents in 21 markets at launch on October 6.
It works on buyers and searches, not on your sellers, your inbox or deals under contract.
Lofty AI and Follow Up Boss AI
If your CRM is Lofty or Follow Up Boss, you already have an AI assistant, and it works on what is inside that CRM.
Lofty sells an AI Sales Agent that texts, emails and chats with new leads by itself, free for 10 leads and $60 a month for 200. Follow Up Boss includes its AI on every plan: smart summaries, suggested tasks and drafted replies you send yourself.
Both are strong inside the CRM. Neither one chases your lender or title company for you.
21X, formerly Structurely
21X answers and qualifies new leads by text, email and phone, then hands the hot ones to your team.
Its site still carries the Structurely name next to 21X and lists Follow Up Boss, BoomTown and HubSpot among the systems it works with. You can enter your number for a live demo call.
It is built for teams buying a lot of leads, and it does not publish its monthly price.
Where Sifta fits
Sifta is for the agent who wants the busywork gone at any brokerage, without learning another system.
Sifta is a personal AI assistant for realtors. It runs the busywork of your business, so you can spend your time with clients.
You run it by text. It catches new leads and drafts the reply in your voice, remembers every client and deal, chases lenders and deadlines, books showings and briefs you each morning.
You approve anything that goes to a client.
The bottom line
Use the AI your platform already gives you, and add one assistant for the work that falls between your apps.
Most agents end up with two: the AI inside their CRM or MLS for the work that lives there, and an assistant for the follow-up, the deadlines and the client details that live in their head. Start with whichever one takes a job off your plate this week.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best AI assistant for realtors?
It depends on where you work. RealAssist if your MLS offers Realtor.com+, the built-in AI if you live in Follow Up Boss or Lofty, Meta Muse if you run your business in HighLevel, and Sifta if you want the busywork handled by text at any brokerage.
Is there a free AI assistant for real estate agents?
Yes, a few. Instinct is free during its invite-only beta, Meta Muse has a free tier, Lofty's AI Sales Agent is free for 10 leads, and ChatGPT and Claude have free plans. The free versions are general, so they do not know your clients or your deals.
Can an AI assistant text my clients for me?
Several can draft the text, and most ask you to approve it first. Follow Up Boss drafts replies you send yourself, RealAssist and Muse ask for approval, and Sifta texts you the draft to approve. Check your state's texting rules before any assistant sends marketing texts.
Does Meta Muse work with real estate CRMs?
It connects to HighLevel, which many agents use as a CRM, since September 29, 2026. Meta has not named Follow Up Boss, Lofty or kvCORE connections.
Is Structurely still around?
Yes. Its site now uses the name 21X alongside Structurely, and it still sells AI that texts, emails and calls new leads for teams.
