Meta Muse on HighLevel for Realtors: What It Does, What It Costs, What to Test
Since September 29, 2026, Meta's Muse agent can work inside HighLevel. Agents who run their CRM in HighLevel can ask Muse in plain words to update contacts, work through conversations and book on their calendars. Meta says nothing publishes, sends or spends without your approval. You need a HighLevel plan, which starts at $97 a month.
At a glance
Muse on HighLevel is a connection between Meta's personal agent and HighLevel's CRM, not a new real estate product.

What Muse can do inside HighLevel
HighLevel describes Muse working with the contacts, conversations, calendars and workflows you already keep there.
These are the examples HighLevel gives. HighLevel's October 2 update adds that these are functions Muse can use, not ready-made automations, so the results depend on how you ask.
- Work through lead activity using your HighLevel data and workflows.
- Coordinate with prospects and book meetings on your HighLevel calendars.
- Update contact records as new information comes in.
- Research a business or person online and pull your HighLevel notes before a call.
- Chain web steps and HighLevel steps together in one request.
How to set it up
You add HighLevel inside Muse, sign in, and choose which accounts Muse can reach.
- Open Muse and add the official HighLevel app.
- Sign in to HighLevel and approve the access Muse asks for.
- Pick the sub-accounts and data areas Muse may use. Start with one.
- Give Muse a small, read-only request first, like a list of leads with no reply in three days.
- Move to tasks that change records only after the read-only ones look right.
What it costs
You pay for HighLevel either way, and Muse adds nothing until you outgrow its free tier.
HighLevel's published plans are $97, $297 and $497 a month, with a 14-day free trial. Texts, phone numbers, email sends and premium AI use are billed on top by usage.
Muse is free to start, with paid plans at $20 and $100 a month, per a Meta spokesperson to Reuters. Meta's small business add-on for Muse did not list a separate price.
What to watch before you use it with clients
The Close's advice is to test lead handling, contact updates and follow-up tasks before Muse touches live prospects.
Neither company has shown that it improves lead conversion or writes listing copy that meets MLS rules. Anything Muse drafts for a listing, an ad or a client still needs your review for accuracy, and NAR's Code of Ethics asks Realtors for a true picture in their advertising.
Automated follow-up also has to follow consent and opt-out rules for calls and texts.
If you do not use HighLevel
Muse still works without HighLevel, but Meta names no Follow Up Boss, Lofty or kvCORE connection.
Without a CRM connection, Muse can still read Gmail or Outlook, work with your calendar and run web errands. For a CRM that is not HighLevel, the AI built into your CRM or an assistant built for agents will know more about your clients from day one.
Where Sifta fits
Muse can work inside HighLevel when you ask it to, and Sifta keeps the follow-up going for you at any brokerage, whatever CRM you use.
Sifta is a personal AI assistant for realtors. It runs the busywork of your business, so you can spend your time with clients.
It works from your texts, email and calendar, notices new leads and deadlines on its own, and drafts every message for you to approve.
